Return Policy

Due to the nature of the refill process, all refillable products are non-refundable, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If you are unsure if a product is right for you we highly recommend purchasing a sample amount so you can try it out before you commit to a larger refill amount. 

Non-refillable items are returnable for store credit within 30 days, as long as they have not been used.  We are unable to provide returns or refunds on makeup products.
